The festival site is located at Cholmondeley Castle off the A49 Whitchurch/Tarporley Road, between Warrington and Whitchurch. Navigate to the postcode SY14 8AH where you will be directed to the car park via signage and/or traffic marshalls.
Parking (including accessible parking) is available. More information on access will be provided soon.
As part of our environmental commitment, we encourage lift shares, but only within Government guidelines as stated at the time of travel.
The nearest train stations to the festival site are as follows:
Wrenbury, Whitchurch, Nantwich, Crewe
There are no bus services running to the castle from these stations, so other methods of transport, such as a private car, taxi or bike should be used to get from the station to the site and vice versa.
You can arrive to Velio by bike and use our safe & insured bike storage on-site at the festival once you’re accredited. If you are arriving by train and then wish to cycle from the station, please see below the approximate distance it will take for you to arrive at Velio Festival.
