To ensure you feel comfortable in both the event and in purchasing tickets, we have created the first ‘flexi-distanced’ festival.
This means that we have a full plan in place, to run socially distanced if we are directed to by authorities, however, we expect by mid-September this will not have restrictions of that nature.
A lot of care has gone into the experience and set up of this event. Our campsite and boutique village, for example, are going to be the same size regardless of guidelines as we all need to feel comfortable after so long being unable to connect with people. Cholmondeley Castle was specifically picked due to its immense size and ability to hold this type of event.
Should we have to cancel due to Covid19, all tickets will be automatically rolled over to 2022 and you’ll have your place guaranteed for the rescheduled event. If you do not wish to roll forward your ticket, you will have the option for a full refund of the face value of your ticket and any extras purchased.
The safety and wellbeing of everyone at our events is our top priority. We understand that many people will have questions regarding safety at the festival. A number of scenarios will be put in place to deliver the festival in a safe manner in line with recommendations from local authority based on the latest Government guidance.
